Over all 5 stars and 9 out 10 just because of the pecan pie oh my goodness.
We were greeted with a Welcome a a great smile! I ordered the catfish with coleslaw, beans and fries. I had my food very quickly and was made sure we had everything we needed.
Great price, great food, Pecan Pie is to die for. Stopped on our way home from Pecos to Houston, exceptional service, Catfish, was not the best I had, but was awesome all the same. Would give them a 8 of 10 for flavor and 10 out of 10 for properly cooking it. Try the jalapeno tater sauce if you want to kick up a notch. Best I have ever tasted, maybe because I've never seen it anywhere else. Lol

I love this restaurant. The pecan pie is so good that you could get it over and over and never get tired of it. The food in general is absolutely amazing and the service is fast. The people here are very friendly and always make sure that their customers are happy. My food was not over or undercooked and tasted just like I wanted it to. The restaurant is just amazing in general and is a good place to go to.
Only been in twice, staff seemed nice hamburger steak was good, side dishes were way too small. Two ppl $32.00 ouch. Should have got the cat fish.

This was honestly the worst meal I have ever had. I ordered the chicken fried steak, my wife ordered the chicken fried chicken, and my son ordered the chicken strips. $46.00 dollars later and a 25 min wait we were really hungry. Something was wrong with every plate. Not sure if the oil was bad or the meat was old. I took about 4 bites, my wife one, and we wouldn’t let my kid eat it. 10 minutes later I had to pull the truck over and threw it up. I then stopped at the Ace hardware down the street, shared my experience and they told me it was the worst restaurant in town and none of the locals eat there. And they have also received health department violations for not storing food at the correct temperatures. The only reason this place is open is due to tourists passing through. Do not waste your money! I heard the table next to me complaining and the owner said her husband was out of town and it is what it is. Stay away from this place, you will get sick! Poor service, over priced, and horrible food.
